Ok from a full waking state, I put myself into a light trance, exactly the way robert tells you to in astral dynamics.

Then, I do energy raising which will trigger the full trance state in me. So at this point Im stuck in a full trance, not knowing what to do.

The rope doesnt do a darn thing for me. Usually, the only way I can project is wait until the body does it itself

And this is unreliable.

I need a better exit technique.
