Pretty sure this is what people refer to as "floaters" ; dust particles and small fibres. They look like perfect circles and tubes because they are surrounded by moisture, so the shapes you see are caused by the way water is organized around the dust particles, which are actually microscopic, and not visible to the naked eye.
