Yesterday i woke up very early,4 hours before i intended to wake up.i found it very hard to get back to sleep,so after some tossing and turning,decided to do a little breathing/relaxing.After two or three breaths i found myself in an environment i've been in before-i posted a while ago about a Golden Sun disc dream i had.

Anyway i had a very similar experience in what i now believe to be an astral place i go to.I saw visions in the sky,huge space ships in the upper atmosphere,a huge figure of an old man in the sky..
Unfortunately i don't remember too much of the details,and so my next memory is of waking up again.
I opened my eyes for a second-i was definitely awake-then i closed my eyes again,and saw a beautiful female,beside my bed,smiling at me.I opened my eyes again,then closed them and she was still there,smiling in an almost amused way.Once again i opened my eyes to check if i really was awake-yep!closed them again and she's still there.I felt completely safe with her there.A feeling i've had twice before,when i've asked for a guide to come to me-both times she spoke in my ears,both times with wise words for me,tho i never saw anyone.This time no words came to me,but i had the same feeling of well being in her presence.
I simply smiled back at her,and she faded away as i woke even more i guess..

so,do you think it was my guide i saw?
