I'm still waiting for someone to jump out and tell me something terrifying like it's my "higher self" or somethings channeling through me. fer shur... Be ready/open for anything... These experiences tend to want to take on a life of their own!!! Best to just go with the flow, I don't have much experience with guides, or chanelling higher self (seemingly) but I can definately relate to exit sensation Phenomenon...
