No really- that used to happen to me all the time but hasn't in a long time. I guess I'm going through some sort of change because I can feel a change in me, don't know exactly what it is.

I didnt do it on purpose, so theres nothing to show off. Its probably because I dont use my energy often, so things just spill over, you know? Or its just that I'm kind of new to OBE; it seems like newbies sometimes have powerfull abilities that fade after awhile. All the times I exited volentarily it was slow, actually I crawled once, and I didnt leave the house, so going from that to being hurdled through buildings at mach 900
