I have some experience I was flying up out of body very strangely, it is difficult to describe it too. It seemed like only my consciousness was flying up, but I wasnÂ´t in the room, I was in something like "free space of mind", it was relatively dark. I was very surprised. There was some noise in the room, but I canÂ´t hear it and I canÂ´t feel my body, only my consciousness was constantly flying up. It is method to get OBE or get to trance. Of course it can be bigger spiritual experience, because no experience has any limits.
