Hello there.
First of all sorry about my bad english knowledges I just need a little help.
So, I'm new to this Astral projection stuff. Every night I'm trying my best to perform astral projection. But no matter how hard I try, I just can't succeed. I usually feel that moment where I need to come out of my physical body, but I just can't do that. And by the way I can't feel the vibrations, but I feel energy what is pulsing inside me. I feel, that energy want come out, my heartbeat and breathing is rising up really fast, my muscles are trying to move by themselves (with no order from my brain). - I think that is the time where I need to come out of my body. I'm tryed roupe tehnique and rolling tehnique with no success. It just feels like my physical body wont let my out
After spending some unsleaped nights I decided to ask for help.
