Thx for the replies, right now I donÂ´t believe in anything, IÂ´m seeking answers to what ever they may be so I donÂ´t have any world view to shatter.
And yeah, I guess IÂ´m a little afraid of the ego death, but since this happens every night in a way I should not be afraid.
IÂ´m gonna order the Proteus mind machine that I hope will help with my trance, obe, and other things

Btw, what is the diffrence between the trance state and Meditation, I find them very similar.
