According to my teachers, there are entities in the astral plane that feed on our sexual energy , and this dream you are describing is an example of this. Your subconscious interprets it as sexual intercourse between humans - that is what imagery will be cast into your dream state - your physical body climaxes because you are actually losing energy to this entity. I have been through this myself and the technique to learn is to train yourself to 'wake up' into lucidity when the sexual imagery enters your dreams and then end the exchange immediately. These entities will come back repeatedly once they have established a connection with you. You need to make it very clear that you are not interested in the exchange.
