I have actually met with simular things only I wasn't projecting or OBEing at that time. I was extreemly sick in bed after food poisoning, I'm not easely scared so I just smiled and went to sleep again.

I think they are called Shadow people? ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shadow_people ) Although I can be wronge ofcourse.
