No, the Real Time Zone as Robert describes it is an energetic copy of the physical world. When you have projected you are not using your five senses to do your perceiving, you are using your energy to discern what is there, so your perception of the physical environment is based on the feedback your energy body gets from the part of the physical (ie. it's energetic frequency, if you will) that it's interacting with.
To top it off, when you're in the RTZ chances are you're close to your physical body, which also gives feedback, making your perceptions susceptible to distortion.
However, it's as close to the 'real world' as it gets, unless you dubdivide your experiences down to 'etheric', which would be as close to the RTZ as you get.
