Energy is the only thing you must have, if you want to have OBE. But I donÂ´t think, that physical state of body affect quality OBE experiences very much. People, who havenÂ´t arms and legs, who havenÂ´t eyes and they are ill, they can travel too. Astral body is very soft and it hasnÂ´t together with matter very much things or properties.
