What is the best OBE aidÂ´s to successfully project?
IÂ´m trying to relax as much as possibly and practicing mind taming (reading MAp).
IÂ´m not having so much luck with BGWEN lately, but IÂ´m gonna try different presets.

Anyone other aidÂ´s or techniques that help in projecting?
