I would just like to share this nights chain of events with you all.
I was dozing off in my bed for sleep, hadn't practiced obe before hand
this night, I sometimes do though.

I felt a presence of some sort that scared me a bit, maybe it was a dream
but as I usualy do I channel my fear to produce energy sensations,
kind of like letting go and concentrating on raising energy instead of giving into fear of some unknown.

This is when something very intense happend. Some energic sensation started to spread in my body like some kind of electricity, with that i started to raise energy from my feet and up, with the intent to heighten then energy I was feeling.
This is when it begun to be really intense, all of my body was tingeling with energy and I could hear it in and around my ear like buzzing and it was almost like sparks of energy was radiating from me, at a time it was as if sparks was flying from my ear hitting the pillow (yes i know it sounds strange but it was realy that intense).

I let the energy build up a but and wanted to get used to the feeling of being a living energy field but after a bit I commanded my energy body to lift out of my physical and "displacing" my conciousness towards the cieling (as to get out).

It didn't seem to work at first but then I felt as if my feet was floating upwards where as my head was still on the pilow.
I now focused more on getting OOB, still with the electrical humming being very loud and intense.

This is when my energy body lifted off towards the cieling and man was this a strange sensation, everything was kind of gray but with light on,
kind of a night vision camera.
It was hard to see things in detail and very hard to maneuvre and I decided to command my energy body to handle itself better and to be
able to have full sight.

All this time i was out of body (not realy long time), I noticed a melody playing in the background, not loud but loud enough that it couldnt be the neighbor. And yes I know it might sound strange but I am just referring what I heard.
It was the song Love Me Tender by Elvis Prestly sonding in the background, I got a very good listen to the following passage:
"Ohh my darling I love you, and I always will"

At this time I was still floating around, trying to turn and watch my body in the bed, or trying to "land" on the ground, it was a different feeling and I dont think I had eyes as such, but was able to see around with kind of a 365 degree vision, no color in the view though but more like lighted gray.

Thoughts started to race through my head: "what did I read about this",
"command your spirit body so there will be a more clear view",
"absolutely do not think about your physical body else you will be drawn in again".. DOhh, thats when i reentered my physical body, still with 100% clear remembrance of what had happend only thing different was the "place of conciousness", if you know what I mean.

I lay a little feeling the tingeling sensations and thought about what just happend, its amazing.
I never felt so much energy before when I have practiced the energy techniques and what triggered it initially was fear channeled into hightening the tingeling feeling of energy.

In closing I want to ask, is fear really bad or is it possible that you can use
"fear energies" to build up your energy body to the extent of a fully concious obe?
Whenever I have had this tingeling of energy (never as much as this time though), It has either been through a lucid dream nightmare or a kind of imaginatory presence felt, provoking fear and by that starting the energy sensations.
