I´ve began my OBE training again and my plan is to read through the MAP book.
I got into the trance state again last night, and I know it is probably too soon to project but It felt like I was close so do you have any pointers?.
When you say 'too soon' what do you mean?
Is it a matter of how long you've been practicing, or something else?

I felt like I was dragged out from the bed to the end of the room, what do you recomend me to do while I´m in this state, should I try to exit?. If you're in the end of the room you already exited. Try to go somewhere else by looking at something far from your body and floating there.

When I try to do the rope method my relaxation state breaks down.

/magic Then you're not waiting long enough to start rope, or you're giving up too soon. Rope is best while under trance. And if you do rope after exit, you're returning your attention to your body, and making yourself come back again. Rope is an exit technique but if you're out already there's no point in doing it.
