Default Had an Out of Body Experience this morning
I had an OBE at around 9 am this morning. After I had gone out of my body, I found myself floating in the middle of the hallway of my house. I was between the bathroom and the room which used to be the office for our computer business. I then moved forward between my room and my parents' room. When I got there, I decided to try to float upward through the attic fan into the attic in order to see if I could go outside from the top of the house. At first, I was moving with just my arms. Then, I decided to start moving/floating with both my arms and legs. I made it right up to the ceiling where the attic fan is, but for some reason, I couldn't go all the way through into the attic. Instead, I got drawn towards the room that used to be the office. Once I got into that room, I saw snakes on the ground lying in an organized manner. The room overall was a light-greenish color, and snakes were lying on the floor in front of the wall to right from where you first enter. Apparently, I was seeing things that I can't see with my physical eyes. After I got into the room, one of the "snakes" came up and licked me. I was then drawn back into my body.
During the whole experience, the surroundings had more of a surreal effect, and everything seemed to be a bit blurry. Also, when I was moving, it felt as if I was moving through water or something.

This is my 11th OBE over the last three months. Over my lifetime, I've had OBE's at various times, but not this many in this relatively short period of time.

Many of my OBE's are preceded by sleep paralysis. Some, however, are initiated from within a lucid dream, and these happen to be the more spectacular ones. I have more control in them as well, and my vision is also clear.

So, my question is. On many of the OBE's I have (particularly the ones which are preceded by sleep paralysis), how do I move more easily & freely, and what is the best way to overcome the problem where it feels like I'm moving through water? Also, how do I clear my vision when OBE?
