This is an interesting video on you-tube on the Robert Monroe method of OBEing. Its a short simple method that I think would be something interesting to share with your friends or anyone who is beginning to be interested in this.

Its called eXploration of consciousness. Its got nice relaxing music as well which I enjoyed.
