I was in my late 20s the first time I remember anything like an OBE. I had a dream that I was flying over a park that I knew was in Sydney, Australia. I didn't know anything about astral projection at the time, but I knew what happened was real. It was just like waking life. Never had a "dream" like that before.

As I was waking up I thought, Wow! Tonight I want to go to the moon! And instantly I was there! That shocked me and I was jarred awake.
