Just a thought that you may want to think back over the experiences for details. For example, when grabbed from behind, do you think the thing was your size? Smaller? Larger? Was it broader than you? Was it like a pair of hands that grabbed you or more like a bear hug holding you?
The 'something' standing on your chest - was it human? 4 legs or 2? Heavy or just a presence? The legs on my chest felt human, but they where invisible, I think I could open my actual eyes, though its debatable, but it definitely felt like mans legs, slightly hairy to the touch, and wearing socks...crazy :/
