I have met with a few people so I know it's possible. I usually meet others in the Void (not the black void, the white void) but even though I'm sure our higher selves have prearranged to meet, our present waking selves didn't. So I don't know to that extent how easy that can be.
Also, what does this mean? I would like to get into reality with astral
