Of course, the site admin must have complete control over any such event, and would have to approve all of these things explicitly beforehand and actively orchestrate the event, if AD's integrity is to be maintained. This site admin wouldn't want to be in charge- whomever is the most talented and can handle the responsibilities should be in charge. Subgroups from here form from time to time and post their experiences here, and usually administration isn't involved, except to monitor content and language, and as Beekeper said, to watch for dangerous behavior and give appropriate warnings.
