I often feel floating and vibrations, but always start paying attention to it. I think the real challenge in achieving this is NOT paying attention. The rest will follow...
I don't think that's right- If I didn't pay attention to them I would never know when to get out. The thing is to then use them to try an exit technique. If you feel floating you should then try to 'go with the direction of your floatiness'. If it's vibrations only, then try a classic exit technique. If they stop, don't stop trying unless you wake up completely. Even if you feel you woke up, try getting up and see what happens. The point is not to stop trying when you think it's over, because sometimes that's when you get out, amazingly.
