Thanks CFT. I wasn't sure where to put this post. I've been remembering a lot of dreams lately, guess thatâ€™s why I decided to put it under dreams =)
I haven't have much success with conscious projection at will, just have an idea of the physical/mental condition I need throughout the day to achieve some kind of projection the night. I've had full separate-from-the body experiences before but thatâ€™s when I didnâ€™t know anything about obe, even went to see psychiatrist for different opinions

Still doing NEW quiet a bit, may be going somewhere
