I need some help
Hello. I will try and be as brief as possible as to not put anyone to sleep.
Since as far back as I can remember I would wake up with my head buzzing, my body humming, felt like someone was trying to squeeze my head. There were times when I would wake up in the middle of the night and my lower body would have such a tingling feeling radiating from my lower spine as though every nerve ending was exposed and being stimulated. I would not move because the over stimulation was too hard to take. The strobe light effect felt like a bomb going off in my head and all the loud noises and pulling on my body made it so hard to wake myself out of it. Sometimes I would roll over and it would all start over 2 or 3 more times until I got up and walked around.
This happened occasionally until 2 years ago. Its getting worse, 3 or 4 nights a week now its happening as I start to fall asleep or right after I do. It scares the crap out of me and I'm waking up alot more after a nights sleep with my body strumming. Feels like I'm going to buzz right off the bed, but when I look at my arms they aren't moving.
I've read the book and I know I'm not crazy, but I need some help. This has got to stop. It's affecting my rest. I'm scared to fall asleep, afraid one of these times I wont be able to fight it.
I had a first 3 night ago which is prompting me to post here. I was still partially awake as I could hear the noise in the other room, and then all of the sudden I was shooting thru a tunnel with swirling colored lights. I just knew I was dying and I was freaking out and I could not wake up out of this one. The speed and intensity I was going thru that tunnel make my head pound, and then all of the sudden I saw a bright light and I swear, this is crazy, it sucked me back almost instantaneously and I was awake.
I do not remember reading about anything like that. What is happening? Was I dying? I am not actively attempting OBE's, doing any energy work or anything else that would facilitate these experiences. I'm just a hard working person who is exhausted from no rest. I've started dreaming while I'm awake at work. People will be talking to me and I will be talking back to them and next thing u know I'm having a visual dream right in the middle of the conversation making my responses embarrassing and inappropriate.
Is there a way to turn this off? I want a normal nights sleep without anything scary happening. I could go on and on about the bizarre things I have had happen in the last 2 years while I try to sleep but I just want it to stop. I really feel like one of these times I'm not going to wake up
Any suggestions?
