For whatever this is worth, I've had encounters with a little girl myself (twice now, maybe three times, and my son has seen her too). I'm not sure what this is about, but there is the possibility that this may be an aspect of yourself, a child from this or another lifetime (if you believe in this stuff) or something else. My recommendation to you about this is to try to muster up love for this little girl, and if she's an aspect of yourself it may help reintegration- if she is something else, this may make her go away, if this is what you want.
I of course can't tell you you're going to be ok, but at least physically I know you are in no danger. The only thing that's different between you and another person who is not experiencing these type of manifestations is that you are aware, and they are asleep.
