I decided yesterday to lie down on my bed and meditate.I really do not need to meditate because I have no thoughts in my mind.I was spacing out and felt the room spin then I thought to myself that I want to go see this man I dream about and I was in this apartment and he was taking a nap and the room was dark(the blinds were down)and I looked at him sleeping and I pulled the blinds up by the corner and looked outside and I saw this park and it looked familiar.The apartment was on the 4th or 5th floor then I left and I was somewhere where I watched someone draw a picture of my face(weird) and then I saw a computer monitor screen and I think it was my Myspace page on.It was me but had no bangs in the picture.Then I woke up because the alarm went off and had to go pick up my daughter from the after-school program.Any thoughts on this.Actually this was not the first time I went somewhere and visited somebody.Was this remote viewing or astral projection?
