Imho , you have developed an energy storage centre and you have projected to it . All realms can be projected to in at least 3 ways

1.in the heart where the entire microcosm exists
2.as a part of the energy body
3. to an external realm on another dimension
The human energy body grows longer and wider than the physical body .
The stones are on the spine and around it

Cloud stone is one of these above the crown as a satellite to the heaven stone

chest .............Sun Stone
abdomen.........Earth Stone

Each of the stones "blossoms " manifesting satelliting energy storage centres around the core which is on the spine .
