Thanks that is kind of you . I think we all spend more time recalling then learning metaphysically and we do this in meditation . There is so much to recall or learn the paths are infinite and eternal . And then to make the new from the old is harder still . To extend metaphysical concepts to new methods .

I was posting some meditations from 2006 trying to catch up the archives online and found that one of the functions of the 6th fingers is anti-element . These can be used to defend and to diffuse .

I think it is sad how much we learn but forget . And what is really hard is application , integration and metacognition . Metasynthesis of learning to apply what we have learned is the ultimate in magick I feel . Robert Bruce does this well . He recalls what he learns and intuitively understands applications . I do this to a lesser respect . One of my children calls this the infernal oubliet from the film Labrynth forgetting what we remember and remembering that we have forgotten .
