I agree. Okay, I haven't physically seen any spirit, ever, but I have seen with my mind's eye, and I'm reasonably telepathic and have certainly heard spirits of all kinds.

Are these things just a product of my own mind? I don't know. I don't actually care. So long as the information I receive is beneficial, I'm fine. If I'm really THAT smart that I can work out all that stuff on my own, well, hooray for me and my brilliant subconscious! If I'm not, well, that's okay, too. Whatever.

The bottom line for me is this: Does it help? If the answer is "Yes, it seems to," then as far as I'm concerned it's all good.
