Kinda of off-topic, but it goes along with some of the posts here.

I was having a conversion with a good friend of mine about the energy body, projection, chakra, etc. and we both came to the same conclusion. My friend and I are both scientists, and we just started about 3 weeks ago full force with energy work and all that jazz. We were both struck by the sheer profoundness of even our beginning studies and exerices that we've experienced. One of the things that we both agree on without a doubt is that even if everything we've read is muddled with imagery, mystism, rampant subjectivity, and vague idealisms. If all of it patently false and the creations of an overactive imagination. If it all can be explained away by the inner workings and basic structure of the brain and body's, psycology and physiology.

Even if you could explain it all away, it's still extremely pleasurable, enlightening, useful and just plain uplifting.

Ok, I'll stop hijacking the thread now.
