I have had similar tunnel experiences, and most of the time I have ended up in a hospital-like setting dedicated to the mental/emotional adjustment of people going there. It almost feels to me that you went to visit a guide that has been with you since you were a child, and have now, through AP, become conscious of lessons that she has been teaching us. Your lucidity in this (now you know who she is) may change the relationship between you (you will now see her as a guide in a conscious way) or you may get a new one. I feel you have nothing to fear- you may enter into a more conscious learning process than you did before- don't be surprised if you start dreaming more 'school-type' dreams or have projections to teaching places.
