Wait, I'm confused...all of what you typed..were you awake while sitting on the bench, or was that part of the projection in question? If you started off in your alleged projection on the bench, then I would say you were in a sort of semi-conscious dreamstate, during which you became aware of your body and woke up. Where did you do all of this? The park bench? If you were awake on the park bench, and then did the thing where you saw the colours and whatnot, then I would say you were on the verge of an etheric plane projection, or were bilocating. That's as far as I ever got for a long time.
