Default Etheric Vision and strange balls of light!
Hi all, I'm hoping some of you can help me with this one...

Recently, I've been doing lots of meditation abut mainly keepI keep falling asleep before anything happens and all spiritual development appears to have ground to a halt. To try and kick start things, over the past few days I've experimented with binaural beats and had some interesting experiences.

Last night, as I lay in bed, I began to meditate and raise energy without any assistance from binaurals or anything else. As usual I fell asleep in the process.

Then CLICK... I'm fully concious and am 'seeing' through my closed eyelids. I'm not seeing my bedroom though, and I can't be sure of what or where I was looking at. It felt, or rather looked, as if I were looking through bubble-wrap.

Then, a shadow loomed over me. Well, being the coward that I am, I got scared and opened my eyes. There was nothing there, and after a few deep breaths and some serious self chastisement, I closed my eyes and managed to fall straight back into the state I had previously been in.

The vision was even less clear now though, so I formed the intention of communicating with a spirit guide or a higher aspect of myself. I got a few very vague impressions but nothing concrete and my conscioussness faded out as I went to sleep.

And then, all hell broke loose, as my partner started shouting "what's that?" and scrambled for the bedside light. I don't remember this very clearly. This morning however, she told me that she had seen a red light above my head and it had caused her to panic.

It turns out that in the past, when I have been awoken by her having what i thought were night terrors, she is seeing these globes of light.

Any ideas on what these are?

Matt
