Yup, that description sounds a lot like it. The only real difference was that I wasn't a point of consciousness. I had a physical body that I could feel. Or maybe it was someone else's body? Guess I'll never know, since I don't do it anymore.

There are much more interesting things out there - these lives we live, this everyday world we live in, they are much stranger then I ever thought.
