I just want to add one more thing: I sometimes get flashing views, sometimes rolling views. Sometimes look like a movie screen, sometimes look like 'being there'. I think it has a lot to do with the frequency of the brainwaves. (Just a theory.)
I also think this is completely different (i.e. that we're using a different sense) than astral sight, but that's for another thread.
