Yikes!

I had an episode once where I opened my eyes and could see my room, but there were images superimposed over top
I saw a hand reaching for my face, triangles on the roof and stars everywhere...as well I heard a loud metallic clanging sound...but I couldn't move for at least a minute
It took me awhile to come back to reality and was pretty frightening
