I think there are different kinds of spiders, with different jobs.

I feel I can confirm mine were related to bad dreams, because since I got rid of them I've had no bad dreams.



(I know I know, spiders have eight legs. But I don't know what else to call these.) "Bad Dream" spider description: Black, six legs, jointed. Slow, crawly moving, climbs two legs @ a time.

I accidentally brought them into my protective canopy with me when I was ill. I think they hitched a ride, along with the flu. This may explain why bad dreams and restless sleep often accompany an illness.

They key is light ppl, lots and lots of light. Flushes them out. Creepy crawly things are comfortable in the dark.
