I've been seeing little- moving sparks for a long time. I have seen them while looking at my window, after a physically strenous time (such as for example coughing hard)...

I also seem to see "static", like on a TV screen, a lot. Little white dots that look most like static on a TV.

I've thought I was seeing atoms or something when I see the moving dots. They seem to be nothing but black-and-white trails and then they disappear. But atoms are not that big.

I cannot explain the static or the astral static I get (one of my other threads details this); it is most like static on a TV. Including the astral "sound".

I cannot explain these things nor why I see them. It doesn't seem to be hallucinatory; perhaps because the nerves and blood vessels behind my eyes are misshapen, but that's normal for my age, or so I have been told.

I still have very few answers, but I know now a lot of other people experience the same thing, so I'm not crazy.
