Hello Well it seems you have the problem i sometimes have when doing conciouse obe from the fully awake state, basically you need to tense and relax your muscles for longer, like spend 10-15 minutes tenseing and releaseing ur muscle groups, start from your feet upwards, i find when i dont do this and spend enough time on it and raising energy i dont obe or even get close, i just meditate, so spend time doing this and soon ull be up and about having some great adventures my friend goodluck!
