Hello

I was meditating this arvo, in my hard backed chair, and was deepening my lvl of trance, "no sp yet" and i felt energy sensations as i raised energy, after a few seconds of doing this my heart started getting faster and faster, untill it was beating at an impossible rate, i tryed sitting up and my whole body moved pysically

i felt my heart and it was raceing, why would my real heart beat fast? was this a fake exit symtonm? oh gosh..
