What you've experienced is clairvoyant and quite typical of the usual development of these things.

Did you feel that there was a past life experience happening or did feel that you were taken to the past to do something? My guess is your guide may have some work for you to do in soul recovery, which you may already be doing without recalling.

If you can afford it, I think you'd really enjoy and learn from Bruce Moen's books.
