I found the 'mind taming' parts the most annoying of all, all I did was wait for the next beep, but I liked the other presets of the BWGen. But I considered them meditation helpers, not OBE-inducers. I find that expectation puts stress in the proceedings. But we're all different. Have you thought of wearing earplugs, and no cd, and just listening to your own natural ear-hiss? It brings me to the hypnagogic state fast- kind of 'natural entrainment'.
