Although I have become more aware of my dreams I haven't really had anything of spiritual significance. Although I have had dreams that have had significant effects in dampening feelings that will interfere with my AP or OBE. For example when I found out about fear having a significant effect on you while you are in the astral plane I had a dream that trained me to not be fearful (I'll write it down later for you guys, I have it written in my dream journal.) I realized something else was limiting my dream lucidity and memory and I had a dream that fixed that... but it's not something I want to share openly lol.
