hello everyone!

Im new here and experimenting with astral projection. I have an open question:

How does a teacher or anyone for that matter convince ppl that astral projection is a fact? how can they prove or conduct a demo to convince ppl..

One way i thnk this cud be done is wen u leave the body u collect information and note it down once u wake up..
If im gonna teach ppl, i need to prove that its a fact rite? How did Robert Bruce convince ppl that AP is a fact and that hes done it?
