Thank you for sharing your experience, and for the insight. I have been inclined to express my gratitude and respect (audibly) when I sense their presence, as well as my eagerness to understand the reasons why they may seek to contact me and whether I can assist them or their "cause" in any way...

Thank you! Your perception is very accurate. I acknowledge the fact that these occurrences are beyond my control. However, I have no idea of my future choices regarding involvement/participation/willingness to learn about what's going on "out there".

You may also have a clear understanding of the spiritual contradictions I'm presently facing (referring to my religious views or beliefs). I don't mind broadening my views but I'm very cautious of what to accept. It's a smörgåsbord out there, to say the least. I'm a seeker of truth and although I may be adventurous, I like simplicity.

Thanks for the link as well. Just the other night I decided to add an energy shield around me as I did my full body relaxation/meditation. My partner was experiencing a major headache from resting in the room. Especially during full moon, this counselor's office is full of negative energy, as there are serious abuse/neglect/abandonment cases handled there, not to ignore the suicidal ideation, sexual and other perversions common to human nature. There are files and files of afflicted children, and their suffering seems so unfair to me!

So when I took my turn to rest, I concentrated on the positive, thoughts of pure light and goodness, loving and nurturing prayers. As often happens, during such prayers (on behalf of troubled kids and teens) the atmosphere changes drastically. I don't know if any healing takes place, but I can sense that The Holy Spirit is present. And there are others as well, lighter or higher spirits.

What amazes me is, how tangibly I can sense both types of presences.
