Yeah its real. Doubt about its authenticity is probably not the primary problem here. Even we are all wrong and it is all in your head, so what? Imagination is a valid experience too.

You might look into what your fear is (what the skeptics actually manage to convince you of). I'm guessing its not actually about whether or not its real. Trying to 'logic' your way past a fear seldom works.
