I'm not sure if I was very clear on what my experience was. What I was actually doing or what it felt like I was doing was spinning with my astral or energy body within my physical body.

My body was laying flat on my bed motionless and I spun within it. I don't think I could see anything as I did this, just changes in light as I faced my side, my back toward the matress, my other side and then my front. I could really feel the spinning though and it felt good for some reason.

This is one of the few times I recall not being able to see during an OBE or whatever this would be classified as when I returned to my body still disconnected. It wasn't hard to reconnect when I was ready to end the experience.
