Pressure in the energy body can come because of energy centres blockages . Pressure in the energy body can be felt as pressure in the physical body .

One way to clean out blockages is to move energy thru them . An ouroborous is an effective way to do that . For example in the head there are known energy centres at the third eye , crown , ears , throat , nose majorly and assorted minor ones . If you feel energy pain in the third eye send energy from the third eye to the back of the head and over the head into the third eye and repeat until the energy runs fast clean and clear . Place the palm over the third eye and push the energy into the head and through the back of the head . Alternatively place a palm at the third eye and at the back of the head too and move the energy back and forth to clear it .
