Aunt Clair (a very experienced traveler) says that it is easier for women to project from lying on the right side or lying on stomach. Opposite for men. It seems to be true for me. Robert thinks it's easier to project while sitting up in a chair. Something about it being easier to fall forward.

I have an easier time going out windows than doors. Walls are a real trip. I can feel a lot of texture and tension going through them. Gotten my head stuck in them a couple of times. I think it has to do with our human perception of how hard it would be to move through certain things. If you can get past that perception, and believe everything is easy to go through, then, you should have no problems doing it. The hard part is getting past our beliefs.
