I agree this is very foolish. At fourth minutes your sensation of the air when you inhale change. Then one minute after stops and you have the vibrations. Only 4 minutes ...

Provided you rest after it & don't try physical activity & remember to breathe regularly, most people can try this, but by super-oxygenating the blood (&/or removing CO2 from it) your brain loses the breathing cues & forgets to breathe normally for some time & may not start again before CO2 builds to the point where you faint. It seems matter of blood, but how can you explain the vibrations. Are the cells, anything else?
